A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council} of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitfam, British Columbia which Is
more particularly described as:

District Lot 465
Group One

Plan 28175

New Westminster Distrlet

Is hereby rezoned from RS-} (Single Family Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family
Residential) end the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" jig hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Clty of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1985, No, 2147",
