DRAFT RESOLUTION .

WHEREAS the "Tax Sale Land Reserve Fund Library Expenditure Bylaw, FEB 8 1892

1982, No. 1880" has received second reading;

“AND WHEREAS it is the desire of the Council to obtain the consent
of the electors to the said Bylaw;

AND WHEREAS the Council is required to establish the date of polling
for the receipt of such approval;

“NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that polling day for the submission to

the electors of the "Tax Sale Land Reserve Fund Library Expenditure
Bylaw, 1982, No. 1880" be established as Saturday, March 27th, 1982;.

AND THAT the City Clerk be instructed to do all things necessary in

“connection therewith in order that the said Bylaw may be submitted to

the Electors on the date hereby established.
