BACKGROUND: The subject property is 99 feet wide and 148 feet
deep. It is surrounded on ali sides by 33 foot lots.
The rezoning is to permit the subdivision of this
property into a RS-~1A and a RT-1 lot. The proposal
is consistent with the overall development pattern
of the surrounding area which is predominantly smail
lots. :

RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that this rezoning
application be advanced to Public Hearing.
