Group One, Plan 59041" contained therein and substituting therefore the
legal description "Lot 117 and Lot 118 of a subdivision plan of Lots
108, 109, 110, 114 and 115 of District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 59041,
New Westminster District, prepared by Ronald G. Seobbie, B.C.L.S., and
dated May 30th, 1980; a copy of which is attached hereto".
