Planning and Zoning Committee Re: R#19~79 SUBJECT: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: BACKGROUND : RECOMMENDATION: Application to rezone properties on Ryan Street to create six RS~1 lots and one RT-E lot, Lots 10. ~- 19, Block 8, D/L 255, Plam 2137. ‘The subject properties are the remaining undeveloped part of the area at Marshall, Warwick and Ryan covered by a-plan of subdivision replotting prepared by the Planning Department in 1975. The subject properties are.in the form of 33-foot lots and are presently zoned RS-2. They are to be consolidated and incor:- porated with two strips of road allewance to create a site for the proposed subdivision. The approval of this subdivision will.complete the replotting scheme for the area and guar&ntee Ryan Street to remain as a buffer between residential and industrial developments. . ‘The Committee recommends that the rezoning application proceed to Public Hearing and that tthe sale of road allowances be referred to the Land Sales Committee.
