From the City Administrator, August 30th, 1977, referring to the pro~ '*77 Crime Prevention posed Crime Prevention Programme for which an expenditure of $10,000.0V0 had jointly been allocated by the City and District of Coquitlam, advis- ing that the R.C.M.P. have now submitted a revised Programme (the details of which are contained in an accompanying memorandum from Constable Hauka dated August 26th, 1977), and pointing out that the originally required Budget of $7,240.00 has been reduced to $4,955.00, due to the fact that they do not have enough manpower to complete the programme before the end of the year.
