Moved by Alderman Thompson: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That as recommended in a report from the City Administrator, February 16th, 1976, the following properties be sold to the Provincial Department of Highways for the total amount of $42,673.00: (a) Those portions of Lot A, Block 5, D.L. 464, Group 1, Plan 5943, Except Part on Plan 10030, N.W.D., outlined red on Dept. of Highways Plan R1~56-5 R/W (#16-42); (b) Part of Lots 29-30-31, Block 5 of Block C, District Lot 380, Group 1, Plan 2153, N.W.D., and Lots 39 & 40, Block 6, District Lot 464, Group 1, Plan 1897, N.W.D., and all that Part of Block 18, of Section 8, Block 6 North, Range 1 East, Plan 1033, N.W.D., lying North of Road colored red on Plan 2923B, as shown in Red on Department of Highways Plans Rl - 56-3, Rl ~ 56 ~ 5 and R1 ~- 56 — 11.
