December 9th, 1974. A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of: The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on December 9th, 1974 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aidermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., Planning Officer Lanson Lee, Recreation Director Janna Taylor, Works & Utilities Superintendent G. Ulmer, and Mrs. B.M. Aalten. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the fcllowing proposed 3y-laws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" would now be considered: 1. By-law No. 1346: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with Oceanshores Developments Ltd., 1313 West Pender Street, Vancouver, B.C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 7" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 7 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of lands described as: Lot 1, Block 4, Plan 1213; S. 128' Lot 2, Block 4, Plan 1213; Lot A, Block 4, Plan 17571; Lot C, Block 4, Plan 20063; Lot D, Block 4, Plan 20063; all of District Lot 379, Group One, New Westminster District. The above property is located at 2351 Wilson Avenue, 2369, 2381, 2385, and 2389 Bury Street, and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 7 will permit the land, buildings, and structures located or to be located thereat to be used for certain uses permitted in the RM-2 (Medium-Density Apartment Residential) Zones as set out in Section 4 of the said Land Use Contract No. 7 “a order to permit the construction of a 43-suite apartment building and various provisions are contained in the said Land Use Contract concerning the subdivision of the property, the size, shape and siting of buildings and structures and various other matters. No one was present in opposition to the foregoing proposed Zoning By-law Amendment. 2. By-law No. 1347: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with Ellwood Properties Ltd., 92 West 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, B. C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 8" which is set forth in a Schedule annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 8 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of lands described as: By-law #1346 By-law #1347
