‘Recommendation:

1. That we award the contract to Laustrup Ltd. to do the
construction of the McLean Park Changeroon.

“2. That the additional $10,000 required be taken fron the Park
D.C.C. Funds. ;

Background and Comments:

We have. got three quotations on the cost..of the renovations of
the opangercoma. The three quotes are as -follows;

_Laustrup Construction Ltd. $25, 980

Due to a’ mis-calculation we initially thought. the cost would be
lower. ‘However we require another $10,000, in addition to the
$2,500 approved in November by City Council].

A copy of a memorandum has been circulated separately ‘on the
detalled costing - for Council's information. -
