Specifically, the concern is that services which
were once reported would cost 3175/person/montih now
appear to cost $305/person/month for semi-private
accomodation--a rate clearly beyond the means of most
peosle in this community.

The personal pollosophy of those who endorse
this brief is that care ani attention to citizens ‘ho
ean no longer maintain independence is a health matter.
as such the comrunity should, if not entirely subsidize
the provisicn of such services, at least insure that

no pYofit is generated therefrom.
