At. the regular Council meeting held on October 23rd, 1972 the following two

resolutions vere proposed:

Le. "That that. rear. portion of Mr. K. Crawford's property situated at 1604 Pitt River
Road on which a lane presently encroaches be purchased by the City and that the necessary

work be-undertaken to correct the problem of surface water draaning onto his lot from

properties to the West." 8.) ABLE |
2. "That the matter: ofa lane encroachment: and drainage problem at the rear of 1604 Pitt
River, Road be. tabled. for one week until an on-site: inspection of the situation by Council
members can be made." CARRIED .
