HA = 16 Terrace Review — Wednesday, December 3, 1986 Council — chooses not to join in challenge TERRACE — Recently council received a letter from Crownlife, request- ing that Terrace par- ticipate in their Participac- tion Challenge in May of 1987. Council chose not to participate in the chal- lenge because in effect the community has been par- ticipating all along. A regional challenge be- tween Terrace, Kitimat, and Prince Rupert, has taken place over the last few years. The Crownlife challenge would only in- terfere with the local event which also takes place in May. So, in order to pre- vent any further confusion about the event the com- munity will resume as per usual. TERRACE — The Post.
