The bulletin says the committee’s aim is to raise half a million dollars. . Amajor portion of the bulletin is devoted to a report of the visit to Canada in September-October of Mr. Truong Tan representing the government of the Republic of South Vietnam. In a cross-Canada tour the Vietnamese represen- tative visited 10 cities, had many television interview and met with senior government officials.
