Duplex Strata Title Application

1549 Robertson Avenue - Lot 79, Plan 29899

The application in-question is for a new duplex strata title. The above
lot is vacant .and meets all the requirements for a twa family residential
use as set down in the present Zoning By-law.

A visual inspection of the proposed site has been made and is concurrent with -
our records on file of the area.

Would you please bring this to Council to determine if they will approve °
it. Enclosed is a copy of preliminary plans and a copy of strip map of
