K, (S70151E), Lot 31, Plan 1033 identified as Parcel "4" and shown within the bold outline on a plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 6th day of April, 1993; a 45 m2 portion of Rem. J, (S70151E), Lot 30, Plan 1033 identified as Parcel "5" and shown within the bold outline on a plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 6th day of April, 1993, in New Westminster District, at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and in exchange for that certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof. A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 hereof is attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof. That portion of road described in Section 1 hereof is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds. ; Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the City, shall be established as additions to the roads in the City. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to atfix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
