That Council authorize the following requirements for users of the Coast Meridian Barge
Loading Facility:

1. $150.00 per day user fee.

2. A refundable Highway Use Bond of $5,000.00 for security to ensure that any damage is
repaired.

3. A provision of $5,000,000.00 comprehensive public liability and property damage
insurance.
