THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2670

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials
Collection, Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Clause (a) of Section 10 of the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materlals
Collection, Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426" ia repealed and
the following substituted:

"(a) The charge payable by each owner and accupler of
premigea for the service authorized hy this Bylaw
ahall be $14.00 per month."

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Refuse
Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426,
Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2670".
