BYLAW 2625

WHEREAS the "Offictal Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 28, 1991, Ne. 2625"
tecelved first two readings on Catober 28th, 1991;

AND WHEREAS the Couneil has,- since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Offieia) Community Plan in conjunction with the City’s noat
“ecent Capital Expenditure Program;

the Counedl has, asinee that considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Ecownaie
Strategy Plan entitled "port Coquitlam Industriel Development Strategy”;
AND WHEREAS no applicable taate Management Plan exists fox consideration;

AND WHERKAS the required atatutory procedures, including the holding of a
Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2625 was read a
third time cn November 18th, 1991; |

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT xno inconsistency can be seen to exist betwaea the amendment to the
OLfielal Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2625 and the
Economic Strategy Plan” that was presented to Council at its meeting of May
13th, 1985;

THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exiscs for consideration;

AND THAY the said Bylaw No. 2625 be reconsidered, finally passed aad adopted.
