4. Chapter V of Schedule "A" is further amended by inserting the following as

The boundaries noted above are shown on Map 'Schedule "C" of the Official
Community Plan' as Development Permit Area VII and in the Map 'Developmen
Permit Area VII' which forms part of the Official Community Plan,

Objectives:

The objectives of the Development Permit Area are:

(a) To facilitate the orderly development of the area and to encourage _
coordination of the siting, form and volume of new commercial and »
residential buildings and their area for parking, storage and
landscaping.
