SUBJECT: Reeve Street Tennis Courts

Recommendations:

Le That two tennis courts be built onto the exzigting four
tennis courts at Reeve Street Park,

That the monies for this project be taken from the park
D.C.C, interest,

That the cost of drawings and construction not exceed
$71 500.06.

Background & Comments:

Bariier this year council passed a resolution; that the proceeds
for the land sale of the City owned land at 2200 block Wilson
Ave; (commonly known as the Wilson Ave. Tennis Courts) be
returned to the park D.C.C. funds.

The type of tennis courts to be built would be Similiar to those
at Reeve Street Park,

Cost breakdown would be:
