Recommendation:

Te adopt the preposed conceptual plan of Genstar
parksite #2,

Background and Comments:

Kevin Smith and Brian Guazi will make a presentation to City
Council of the proposed plan for parksite #2,

As Council is aware the elements Originally p -eposed for this
park ineluded two double tennis courts; but due to settlement
problems the courts have now been removed and the money will be
put into parksite #£. Uther changes inelude a reduced parking
area from forty-four cars to twenty cars and barbecue pits are
not ineluded due to resident's concern in regards to groups of
youths gathering in the area.
