A bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam we. .
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651". MAR + § 1987

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
iS more particularly described as:

(a) Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, and Lots 1! to 23, inclusive

District Lot 340
Group One
Pian 2528

New westminster District

(b) The portion of road shown closed on the pian attached to and made part of
the "Saskatchewan Avenue Lane Road Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No. 2255".

are hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ai! purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam aening
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2254",

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci! this 16th day of March, 1987.
Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! this 16th day of March, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 13th day of April, 1987.
