DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the lands herelnafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:
1. Those portions of:

(a) Lots 1 to 5, Inclusive, Block 11, Section 17, Block 6 NRIE, Plan
2416, New Westminster District; t

(b) Lot 8, Block 11, Section 17, Block 6 NRIE, Plan 2416, New
Westminster District;

Included within the heavy dark |ine on a map section aval lable from the
Office of the City Clerk and comprising 436.86 Sq.m, more or fess
(4,702.5 Sq.ft. more or less) be sold to the Ministry of Transportation
& Highways, 7818 Sixth Street, Burnaby, B.C. If terms satisfactory To
Counc] | can. be agreed upon and no preferable alternative proposal
received from any other person.

The City Cierk Is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Notice of Intention to Sell Real Property" Notice appearing In the
Agenda documents of this Counci! meeting;

The terms and conditions contalned therein are hereby approved;
The city Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Counc! | reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council! In Its absolute discreticn determines that rejection is

appropriate.
