RECOMMENDATION:
That the budget for referendum and promotion be increased
from $6,000 to $10,000. be

BACKGROUND: & COMMENTS: a |
The $6,000 included in our provisional budget will just
cover the actual election costs an additional $4,000 is required to print
. and distribute a brochure of library facts and advertise the public infor-
mation meetings to be held. : ,
