9 Re Budget - Justice Building 1982

Further to my letter to you dated 1981 November 30
and following a meeting between our respective Mayors, you,
Bette Davis and myself on December 15th, I now forward hereto
attached a copy of a revised proposed 1982 Annual Budget.

- The revision shows a reduction in provision for
Operating costs of $49,934.00 made up as follows:

Wages - elimination of two
proposed Police Clerks $ 31,224

Wages - reduction in provision for
relief Dispatcher salaries
for part time and overtime 5,000
$ 36,224

Supplementary wage provisions 4,710
$ 40,934

Reduction of provision for genera]
contingencies 4,000

Reduction of provision for building
and ground maintenance - 5,000

$49,934

The revised proposed budget also reflects a reduction
of $5,395 as to provisions for Capital expenditures. An
itemized list of the reductions is as follows:
