The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitdam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, September 28th, 1981

at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of

Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1859: to rezone Lot 201, District Lot 380,

Group One, Plan 61005, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1.
This property is lecated at 3357 Osborne Street and it is expectad
that. a duplex dwelling will be constructed thereon following

completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed by-law may be inspected in the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between tha

hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working

days - from September 17th, 1981 to September 28th, 1981. ;
All persons who deem their interest ‘in property affected by the

“proposed by-law. shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
