July 24, 1980 TO: Port Coquitlam Municipal Council] We, the undersigned, would like it to be noted at the July 28th counci] meeting that we object to the proposed By-law amending the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law. 1979, No. 1651. By-taw No. 1769: To re-zone PARCELS "L" and "M" (By-law PLAN 49252), DISTRICT LOT 466, GROUP Ts PLAN 2294, NEW WESTMINSTER DISTRICT, from RS-1 to RT-1 We feel that since our properties are adjacent to 1791 Suffolk Avenue and 1792 Coquitlam Avenue our view on the matter should be taken into consideration as we see no valid reason for the zoning change and the Proposed change in zoning By-law will change the single dwelling unit and the neighbourhood in general. We hope that council will Support the people in the neighbour- hood and vote against the Proposed By-law. Yours truly, Site hk ayn P.S. See signature list attached,
