2. There shall be raised and levied durtng the currency cf the

obligation hereby created by a vate suffletent therefore over and above

all other rates upon alt land and improvements subject to taxation for
general municipal Purposes in the munleipality for the repayment of the
principal in the respective years the amount as follows, together wita
the payment of interest thereon:

3. The Mayor and Treasurer are hereby authorized to do all necessary
acts and things to carry out the intent of this By-law,
4. : This By-law shall take effect on the date of its adoption by
Council,
5. the "Senior Citizens Recreation Centre Addition Short Term
Capital Loan By-law, 1978, No. 1607" is repealed,
6. This By-law may be cited as the "Senior Citizens Recreation
Centre Addition Short Term Capital Loan By-law, 1979, No. 1673 ",
