NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING f

ZONING BY-LAW JUN 13 1977

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam wil] hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Wall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 30th,
1977, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By~law to authorize
“issuance of a Land Use Contract:

By-law No. 1542: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use

Contract with Dawson Construction Led., 735 Clark Drive,

Vancouver, i:.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in

Land Use Contract No. 23, being a Schedule annexed to and

made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No.

23 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and

use of lands described as:

Lot 3 of Parcel "A" and of Part of Parcel “B" of
Sections 17, 18, and 19, Block 6 North, Range One
East, Plan 8850, New Westminster District

The above-noted property is located at 1156 Kingsway Avenue

and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 23 will permit

the subdivision of the property into two separate parcels of

dand, one containing approximately 3.787 acres and the other

containing approximately 6.733 acres, notwithstanding the
provisions of the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land

By-law, 1970, No. 992",

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of
the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — on working days - from May 19th to May
30th, 1977.

All persons who deem their interest in Property affected by the

proposed by~law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
