Following third: reading of By-law Nos. 1343 and 1346 by the Council
on July 28th, 1975 we can advise that both By-laws are available for

final passage. ‘

The By-laws have been approved by the Provincial Department of Highways. + ”

‘The two resolutions required are set forth below:

1. "That By-law No. 1343 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted."

2. "That By-law No. 1346 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted."

Both By~laws will require five (5) affirmative votes for passage. b
