Gentlemen:

This unit of the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets will be
holding its Annual Inspection on Wednesday the 28th of May, 1975

at 7 P.M.

“We would like to request the following assistence from the

City:

That his Worship attend as the City representative

That Chester Street be blocked off between Fraser Street
and Coquitlam Avenue between 6 and 9 P.M. on Wednesday
28th of May 1975 in order that our inspection and march
past be held there, :

That Chester Street be blocked off between Fraser Street
and Coquitlam Avenue between 6:30 and 8:30 P.M..on the
following dates: Wednesday the 7th, 14th and 21st of
May. The traffic barricades could be dropped off
behind the Agricultural Hall and we would erect and
remove the same ourselves.

That the pontable bleachers be moved from the baseball
diamond te tace Chester Street between the swimming
pool and the road for Wednesday 28th of May 1975.
