Our plan is to operate the hockey school jointly with the Parks and Re-
creation Department. Our boys under the supervision of our coaches would offer
high calibro hockey training and at tho samo time provide sunmer employment for
selected players, The net profit of this operation would be split 50-50 botweon
Parks and Roereation Department and the Junior tean,

Our main purposes would be:

a). to fulfill the needs of boys moving up from minor hockey
to Junior Amateur and allowing them to stay in their home-tow after com

pleting the paragons of P.C.M.HLA,

b), to work with positive measures not to interupt the boys!

We would have a contest inoluding all aspects of our community in selecting
the name most appropes to the Port Coquitlam team, Cur contest judging committes
would be comprised of a member frons ; City Council, Recreation Department,
District 43 School Board, P,C.M.H.A., P.CeAsAcAs, Historic Society and a ropre-
sentative of Junior hockey, The contest will be open to all ages; both soxes}
offering a prize for the winning name.

We would have a womens auxiliary preferrably comprised of nenbers of the
Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens, Community mothers. and any other interested women,
