Alderman George Clark wondered if any thought had been given to a flashing amber light, but Cooper said the sodium light was the best sugges- New lights to be installed tion received. Mac- Donald also wants the crosswalk signs moved further away from the walk itself to give drivers more warning and city engineer Ralph Keen is exploring the possibilily of Scotch-light signs. MacDonald then sug- gested putting *high pressure sodium lights at all Terrace crosswalks. Cooper said that was a long-term project.
