(NovaGold) is proposing to construct and operated a copper-gold-silver open " pit mine approximately 350 kms northwest of Terrace, BC. The proposed Project is subject to review “under British Columbia's Environmental Assessment Act, S.B.C. 2002, c.43 and Canada's Canadian Environmental Assessment Act. The purpose of the draft TOR is to identify the information that . NovaGold must include in its application.for an environmental assessment certificate. The comment period wilrbegin on December 1, 2005 and end on January 9, 2006. After taking public comments into consideration, the EAO will finalize the TOR and issue them to NovaGold.
