Court report On Friday, Aug. 1 in Terrace Provincia] Court Selma Watts was found guilty of theft and was fined $25 and put on a_ four month probation period which also in- cludes 60 community houts. Watts was also fined a total of $50 for two counts of having possession of property obtained by crime and was put on another eight months probation. * oo In Terrace Provincial Court on Tuesday, Aug. 5 Kenneth Pipe was fined $600 for driving a motor vehical while his ability to drive was impaired. Pipe’s driver's license was put on a six month suspension . period and Kenneth also received six ‘months on probation. Kenneth Pipe was also fined $100 and was put on probation for six months for causing serious bodily harm to a person. ** & On Tuesday, Aug. 5 in Terrace Provincial Court Kenneth Pipe was fined $100 and put on proba- tion for six months for a breach of recognizance. Darvoudis said he’s not new to this business. I think we'll do very well in Terrace. We will be offering a variety of foods at very competitive prices, he said. The Golden Flame Restaurant will seat anywhere from 85 to 96 customers. We will be fully licenced, said the owners. A staff of ap- proximately 10 people will be hired.
