Dr. Kirkpatrick, acting superintend-
ent at the Hazelton Hospital, made a
trip to Terrace on Tuesday to look af-
ter some of Dr, Mills patients during
the latter’s absence in the east. Dy.
Kirkpatrick will be back Thursday,

James Fraser, an old employee on
the C.N.R., and for a number of years
been acting as relief agent, passed
away at Prince George last Thursday
morning after an illness of only two
days following an attack of flu. He
developed pneumonia. The deceased
was well known. along the line, He
had served at the New Hazelton sta-
tion a couple of times and nearly all
the stations on this line. Only a week
or two ago he was operator with the
dtcher crew working out of here.

Four Mile bridge across the Skeena in
the Kispiox, is now under way. The
stringers were in very bad shape and
the repairs are quite . timely. Some:
