From the City Engineer, March 12, 1987 regarding Fencing along Dyke
Right-of-Way.

Moved by Alderman Wright:
Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the conditions agreed to by Council for the granting of a lease
for City property alongside the dyke be amended to allow the fence to be
located at the top of the slope rather than +en feet from the toe of the
slope.
