From the City Treasurer/Deputy Administrator, August 18th, 1993 regarding Sale of Land
to School District.

That City Council approve the sale of 7.56 acres to School District No. 43 for the sum of

$3,012,475.61 (Three million, twelve thousand four hundred and seventy-five dollars and sixty
one cents).

From. the City Engineer, August 17th, 1993 regarding 1993 Capital Project - Steel
Platforms at Dominion Pump Station.

That Council approve the installation of steel platforms and safety rails at the Dominion
Pump Station at an estimated cost of $6,000.00.

That $6,000.00 be allocated from the 1993 Public Works Special Capital Reserve for this
purpose.

From the City Engineer, August 18th, 1993 regarding Purchase of Two Vans - 1993 Public
Works Equipment Replacement Program.

That Council award the tend. to supply two vans to Co-van International Truck and
Commercial Body Builders Ltd. based on the tendered price of $160,450.44.

That $160,450.44 be allocated from the Public Works Equipment Reserve Fund for this
purpose. ,

From the Deputy City Engineer, August 19th, 1993 regarding Bollard Installation on
Hastings Street East of Gordon Manor.

That Council approve the installation of ten wooden bollards along the east side of the

property at 3189 Hastings Street (Gordon Manor) at a cost of $500 and that the money for this
work be allocated from the 1992 Special Works Fund.
