That this application be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RM-1 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a. g- Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and Issuance of a Development Permit. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 5/933; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. BACKGROUND : A Rezoning and Development Permit Application has been received for the construction of a 27 unit apartment building at 3120 and 3132 Flint Street. The site is currently zoned RM-1 (Low Density Apartment) and is designated for “Apartment'' in the Official Community Plan.
