have a step by step procedure for implementing water restrictions for 1991 asfollows: =
_ Appeal for voluntary conservation
Imposition of sprinkling regulations with
publicity and enforcement | ne
Complete ban on non-essential outdoor water
use |

It. is anticipated that by. the summer of 1992, the water shortage problems would be greatly 4 Ao ;
reduced due to the improvements that the GVRD is making to the water supply system in the =
