BYLAW NO. 2525

A Bylaw to amend the “Sewerage Facilities Development Cc Charge
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2298".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coc -.tlam, in

open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Schedule "A" of the "Sewerage Facilities
Development Cost Charge Bylaw, 1987, No. 3298" are hereby deleted and the
Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of
this Bylaw are substituted therefor.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Sewerage Facilities
Development Cost Charges Bylaw, 1987, No. 2298, Amendment Bylaw, 1990,
Mo. 2525".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 23rd day of July, 1990.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 23rd day of July, 1990.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 23rd day of July, 1990.

Received the approval of the Inspector of Municipalities this 17th day of
January, 1991.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this day of ; 1991.
