April 17, 1989/075 DRAFT RESOLUTION: Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: WHEREAS Mayor Traboulay has appointed Alderman Laking and Alderman Gates as a Committee to supervise and oversee the installation of Supermailboxes in those areas of the City designated by Canada Post to receive this service; AND WHEREAS the Council are agreeable to the provision of such service by Canada Post in the City; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that City staff, under the general supervision of Aldermen Laking and Gates, be instructed to cooperate with Canada Post to ensure timely and orderly installation of Supermailboxes in the City. Carried. DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT: From the City Clerk, April 4th, 1989 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 13/89 for 3653 Swire Place. No one was present to speak against the Development Variance Permit. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of March 28th, 1989 that a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued to Lot 94 of the South West Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, NWLD Plan 75281 for relaxation of Section 801 Subsection (7) of the Zoning Bylaw.
