This relaxation is subject to a Restrictive Covenant being registered, requiring removal or relocation of the woodshed during the next year. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of January 26th, 1987 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject property been advised that Council! will! be considering issuance of this Development Variance Permit at its meeting of February 9th, 1987. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submission should be considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
