That the fol lowing property be and the same is hereby sold to Louis
E. Canue! and Lorna d. Canuel, 3719 Wellington Street, Port Coquitiam,
B.C. at or for the price stated opposite the legal description of the

Property appearing hereunder:

Lot “F", (W117051E) Block 29, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan
2294, New Westminster District ~ $43,500.00,

AND “THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the
necessary documents for the Purpose aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
