BYLAW NO. 1971

A Bylaw to amend the "Newberry Street Paving, Extruded
Concrete Curb and Storm Sewer Local Improvement
Assessment Bylaw, 1980, No. 1730".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The: fourth recital of the "Newberry Street Paving, Extruded Concrete Curb and
Storm Sewer Local Improvement Assessment By Law,.1980, No. 1730" is repealed and
the following two recitals substituted therefor:

"AND WHEREAS the City's portion of the cost of the work has been paid from the
general revenue of the City out of moneys appropriated therefor in the annual

“budget ; ;

AND: WHEREAS the owners! portion of the cost has been paid. from the Local
Improvement Fund;" a

Section 5 of the Bylaw is amended by striking out the words "General Revenue
Fund" and substituting therefor the words "Local Improvement Fund".

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Newberry Street Paving, Extruded

Concrete Curb and Storm Sewer Local Improvement Assessment Bylaw, 1980, No. 1730;
Amendment Bylaw, 1983; No. 1971".
