NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING C
ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of port AY gf A 98

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAliister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 10th,
1982 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed bylaw to.amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

Bylaw No. 1893: to include the following. as subsection (5) of

section 4:

(5) DEVELOPMENT PERMITS

The Council may by. resolution issue development permits that
regulate or require howsoever many of those matters set out in
Section 717(2) of the. Municipal Act, R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 290,

that: the Council at the time of the issuance of the permit deems
necessary or advisable."

All property in the City is affected by the above noted amendment.

A copy of the proposed bylaw. and other relevant documents may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the
address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00. noon and from
1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, April 27th, 1982 te May 10th,
1982.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
