OF THE FOURTH PART: NOTWITHSTANDING any of the provisions of Land Use Contract No. 15 which said Land Use Contract forms the Schedule to the "Land Use Contract No. 15 Authorization By-law, 1975, No. 1409" of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam it is understood and agreed between the Parties hereto that: 1. Take-out food service shall bea permitted use. 2. The seating capacity in each establishment devoted to the permitted use of take-out food service shall be .imited to sixteen (16). 3. The business hours of each establishment devoted to the permitted use of take-out food service shall be those hours between 7:00 o'clock * in the forenoon to 3:30 o'clock in the afternoon.
