This By-law will rezone the south easterly 156.5 feet of Lot 82, D.L. 379, Plan 42683, from RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential) to C-3 (Flint Avenue Commercial). ™~ This woperty is the south easterly portion of 2335 McAllister Avenue and is presently in use as the Golden Ears Hotel parking lot. A subdivision plan has been prepared and is now ready for approval by our Approving Officer and this subdivision plan will consolidate the parking lot : property that is the subject of the rezoning with the actual lots on Shaughnessy Street on which the hotel is situated thus preventing one section of the property from being disposed of without the other section.
