Alderman Laking inquired why the houses: were. hooked into the City's sewer line instead of. into that. installed. by. the. developer, and Alderman Ranger replied he could not answer the question as the connections were made quite some time ago. Alderman Mabbett inquired whether or not the sewer rate reduction would be retroactive, and Alderman Ranger advised: it would not be, but would take effect when the next notices are sent out. Alderman Mabbett commented that he presumed these people would be made aware {hat the Council is trying te make this. one standard sewer rate, and Alderman Ranger advised he did not know how many properties are involved at this time.
