Approx- imately 20 people viewed two films presented by B.C. Safety Council. “These films detailed survival on the streets and car drivers’ view of motorcyclists, Milligan said. Representative of Braid Insurance, -Chris Waywitka, insurance agent, presented infor- mation on the ICBC system — how it works and most important, how a person should design insurance needs. Your rights as a Seminar driver, appeal pro- cedures following a driv- ing suspension, legal procedures on how to handle traffic violations, notices and the law con- cerning driving without proper licences was covered by barrister Dar- rell O'Byrne of the Halfyard and O’Byrne law firm.
